1. Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake 

This snake lives in the southeastern states and is the biggest venomous snake in North America. 

2. Timber Rattlesnake 

You can find this snake in the eastern and northeastern states. It has a tail that rattles. 

3. Copperhead 

This snake lives in forests and has a head that looks like copper. 

4. Cottonmouth 

Also known as the water moccasin, it lives in wetlands and water areas in the southeastern states. 

5. Eastern Coral Snake 

This snake has colorful bands and lives in the southeastern coastal areas. 

6. Western Diamondback Rattlesnake 

This snake lives in the southeastern states and is the biggest venomous snake in North America. 

7. Mojave Rattlesnake 

This snake is found in the deserts of the southwest and has very strong venom. 

8. Western Coral Snake

1. It's not very common, but it's still dangerous. You can find it in parts of Texas and Arizona.
